EdgeBeam’s executive bench brings decades of experience in broadcast, media, telecommunications, and technology to the table, driving innovation with steady hands and informed perspective.
Conrad Clemson is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EdgeBeam Wireless, where he leads the transformation of U.S. broadcast infrastructure into a scalable distribution layer for enterprise and mission-critical data. He specializes in broadcast-to-internet-protocol (IP) network transformation, hybrid broadcast-broadband architectures, and service provider video and software platforms. Previously, he was CEO of EditShare, where he rebuilt the leadership team, modernized operations, drove 30% revenue growth, and led the acquisition of Shift Media. Earlier, he held executive roles at Cisco overseeing strategy, technology, and global operations across the service provider portfolio. Conrad also founded BNI Video (Beaumaris Networks), later acquired by Cisco, and has held senior leadership roles at Motorola, Lucent, Ascend, Broadbus, and Stratus. He is known for disciplined execution, portfolio realignment, and building resilient, high-performance infrastructure organizations.
Joe Fabiano is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at EdgeBeam Wireless, where he leads engineering strategy for broadcast-enabled data, location, and Advanced Television Systems Committee (ATSC) 3.0–based distribution systems. He specializes in object-based content delivery network (CDN) architecture, multicast IP delivery, semiconductor innovation, and Broadcast-to-Anything (B2X) standards development. With more than two decades in digital video, content delivery, and cloud infrastructure, Joe has helped shape multiple industry transitions. He co-founded Pathfire, architecting one of the first broadcast CDNs, earning Technology Emmy and National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) awards, and later founded StarNet Development, introducing the first personal computer (PC)-based MPEG-2 encoder/decoder platform. He previously led AdCore Local and held leadership roles at Coherent Logix, driving commercialization of system-on-chip platforms. Joe is recognized for advancing resilient, synchronized broadcast-powered data systems that integrate with 5G and emerging network architectures.
Apoorva Jain is Chief Product Officer (CPO) at EdgeBeam Wireless, where he leads product strategy for broadcast-powered data, artificial intelligence (AI), and enterprise connectivity platforms. He specializes in 5G security, AI runtime protection, cloud-native infrastructure, edge computing, and cellular Internet-of-Things (IoT) systems. Prior to EdgeBeam, he spent nearly eight years at Palo Alto Networks leading product management for 5G software firewalls and cloud and AI security initiatives, delivering industry-first capabilities for next-generation network protection. Earlier, he worked at Cisco on Project Nephelo, a cloud-based 5G mobile platform, and at Ericsson on mobile packet core deployments for global service providers. A named inventor on multiple patents, Apoorva is known for translating complex infrastructure technologies into scalable, secure enterprise products that drive measurable technical and economic value.
Sasha Javid is Vice President of Enhanced Global Positioning System (eGPS) and Professional Services at EdgeBeam Wireless, where he leads its broadcast-based precision location solutions team and spectrum strategy. An expert in ATSC 3.0 networks, timing and positioning systems, and spectrum economics, he focuses on scaling resilient, broadcast-enabled location infrastructure. Previously, he served as Chief Data Officer and Legal Advisor to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)’s Incentive Auction Task Force, contributing to one of the most complex spectrum auctions in U.S. history and earning the Franz Edelman Award and FCC Employee of the Year recognition. He later served as Chief Operating Officer of BitPath, launching a nationwide broadcast data network for real-time kinematic (RTK) corrections targeting existing precision markets and autonomous vehicles. A former entrepreneur and founder of RadioSherpa (acquired by TuneIn), Sasha is widely recognized for expertise in wireless and precision location systems.
Steve Brumer is Head of Sales at EdgeBeam Wireless, where he leads commercialization and revenue strategy for broadcast-enabled enterprise data services. He specializes in IoT and machine-to-machine (M2M) go-to-market strategy, wireless channel development, carrier partnerships, and enterprise monetization models. With more than 40 years in mobile and wireless, he has built and advised companies across the IoT ecosystem. He was a Partner at BH IoT Group and 151 Advisors, guiding commercialization and channel expansion strategies. Steve co-founded Wireless Rain and Global Wireless Data, which grew to #184 on the Inc. 500 and became the largest Master Dealer for AT&T Wireless, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. He is widely recognized for accelerating revenue growth and turning emerging wireless technologies into scalable commercial success.
Jane D’Arcy is Senior Director of Marketing at EdgeBeam Wireless, where she leads brand strategy, narrative development, and go-to-market programs for broadcast-enabled data and location services. She specializes in business-to-business (B2B) technology marketing, telecommunications storytelling, demand generation, and executive positioning. With more than 25 years of experience across technology, healthcare, education, and professional services, Jane has launched and repositioned brands, built integrated marketing engines, and led multi-channel campaigns that drive growth. At EdgeBeam, she translates complex infrastructure innovation into clear enterprise value propositions, aligning product, sales, and leadership messaging. She is known for building differentiated brands, crafting compelling narratives in technical markets, and designing scalable marketing strategies that accelerate adoption and market authority.
Monica Vought is Head of Office and Culture at EdgeBeam Wireless. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, Monica helps translate strategy into execution while strengthening alignment across the organization. She plays a central role in prioritization, planning, and follow-through on key initiatives, bringing structure and clarity to complex, fast-moving work.
She also helps cultivate a collaborative, accountable environment where teams are aligned, supportive of one another, and energized by the work they do. Through steady leadership and thoughtful coordination, she advances both operational excellence and a strong, connected workplace culture.
